Production Sequence & Machinery Flow
From raw yarn sizing to 7-ball steam calendaring and digital selvedge inspection, our integrated workflow guarantees uncompromised quality for Style #3517 and complete fabric range.
Stage 1: Warp Yarn Sizing
Warp ends sized on 2012 Karl Mayer high-speed sizing unit running at 800 RPM. Sizing pickup maintained at 18% (retaining 17–17.5% post weaving).

Stage 2: Precision Air-Jet Weaving
Weaving executed on 16 units of Tsudakoma Model ZAX 9100 (190 cm width) Air-Jet looms operating at 700 RPM speed with zero structural distortion.
Stage 3: 7-Ball Steam Calendaring Finishing
Calendaring processed on heavy-duty 7-Ball machine by Riley & Co. (3 Steel Balls @ 2 MT each + 4 Cotton Balls @ 3 MT each). Fabric is impregnated in saturated steam chamber at 115°C with 2 kg/cm² steam pressure.
Stage 4: Tensionless Inspection, Rolling & Packing
Final inspection on Super Engineering tables with top & bottom illumination, tensionless movement, selvage guider, counter-meter length tracking, and crease-free rolling (0–60 m/min variable speed).
